Our Best Rate Guarantee means that you’ll be getting the best deal when booking directly with us. We endeavour to offer the lowest available rate when you make a reservation on our website or over the phone with our Australian based Reservations Team.

If you happen to find a lower advertised rate for the same hotel, room type and dates within 24 hours of making your booking through an official Meriton Suites booking channel, we will match the rate.

To qualify, contact our reservations team within 24 hours of making your booking on (02) 9277 1111 so our team can verify your lower online rate. If our team are unable to validate the lower rate we will not be able to match it.

CONDITIONS OF OUR “BEST RATE GUARANTEE” PRICE MATCH

The lower rate must be published by a travel agency or third-party website that operates and has a staffed office, within Australia
The hotel location and suite type must be the same and identically advertised
The arrival and departure date, as well as the number of nights, must be the same
The lower rate must be public and “published”, meaning it must be available to anyone and not a closed user group or via a unique reservation/booking or promotion code
The currency must be in AUD (Australian dollars), includes GST and not be influenced by currency conversion
The lower rate must not be the result of a third-party re-seller selling Meriton Suites at a loss
The payment policy and terms must be identical for each rate. If you have booked a flexible rate direct with Meriton Suites we will not be able to price match an online offer that has different policies, such as Pay now or non-flexible terms
